1. Handcrafted Nature
All of our soaps are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, scent, or design are natural and part of what makes each bar unique.
2. Product Use
Our soaps are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Always check the ingredient list before use if you have allergies or sensitivities.
3. Orders & Payment
Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered on our website. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
4. Shipping
We carefully pack each order to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout — we can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hotsytotsysoaps.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
