Shipping

All packages will typically ship within 2-3 business days via USPS. Tracking information and receipt of order will be sent to your email address. Flat rate shipping is determined by region and will apply no matter how many soaps you buy! Happy shopping!

Return policy

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Can I send as a gift?

Absolutely! Be sure to leave a note when placing your order with specifics and we will include a personalized note to your recipient! 

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not currently offer gift cards, but check back in the future or reach out via email for help with sending a Hotsy Totsy gift!

How do I become a stockist?

Please email us with your inquiry. Be sure to include your business name, social media information and resale certificate! Please, allow 48 hours for a response and further instructions on becoming one of our stockist!

Where can I smell HT soaps in person?

Do you still sell Deodorant, Scrubby Whips, Body Frostings, etc?

Hotsy Totsy is currently focused on Coconut Milk Soap!! We have no plans on adding any additional products to our line at this time.

I really miss _______ soap scent from before, can you PLEASE make a special order?

Please email us with any special requests! Custom soaps can POSSIBLY be accommodated at a 10 bar minimum purchase. Soap can be purchased as a solid naked loaf or individual bars which can be wrapped with a current selection of tissue paper on hand. Custom soap will NOT include a label. Additional fees may apply if we have to source scents not currently on hand. Previous designs will NOT be possible as we are no longer using mica colorants. Of course you will still have a pretty bar, but they will only be colored with one earth pigment, such as clay, seed, herb etc. Prices will be determined on a case by case basis, depending on scent and packaging. Please allow up to 6 weeks for custom soap creation.
