📦 Shipping Policy

We’re delighted to send a little bit of handcrafted goodness your way! Each order is packed with care to ensure your soaps arrive safely and beautifully.


1. Processing Time

All of our soaps are made and packaged by hand. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, this may extend slightly — but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS  using standard or priority shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We currently ship within the United States. Please contact us if you’re interested in international shipping; we may be able to accommodate special requests.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re unable to reroute packages once shipped, and we can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at hello@HotsyTotsySoaps.com.
We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. Please include photos of any damage so we can assist quickly.


6. Sustainability

We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible — including recyclable boxes, paper wrap, and biodegradable fillers. Please reuse or recycle your packaging to help us keep things green.
